All photographs are sold as limited editions. This means we limit the number of prints for each photograph based on size. We currently offer either 4 or 6 sizes and limit editions to either 100 or 180 prints.
We use Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper. It is a smooth fine art matt paper made of 100% cotton with an archival lifespan. This paper is characterized for its high-quality and is specially designed for Fine Art applications.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all unframed photographs. The photograph is carefully rolled in acid free tissue paper and secured with tape before being placed in a strong cardboard shipping tube. For more information please refer to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: This is the time it takes to verify your order and payment, printing and signing your photograph, performing quality checks and packaging it for shipment. All unframed photograph orders are processed within 3 - 8 business days. 

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our gallery in Cape Town to your destination. Local (South African) orders take 4 to 7 business days to arrive. International delivery usually takes about 7 to 10 business days to arrive. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

If your photograph has been damaged during the shipping process, you will have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a reprint request. Subject to our specific terms outlined in our Refund Policy you may be eligible for a free reprint.
