How long will my order take?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: This is the time it takes to verify your order and payment, printing your artwork to order and allowing it to cure for 24 hours before it undergoes quality checks and is carefully packaged for shipment. 

  • We strive to process all orders within 3 - 8 business days. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our print lab in Cape Town to your destination.

  • Local (South African) orders are shipped with The Courier Guy's Economy which takes 2 to 3 business days to arrive.
  • International orders are shipped with DHL Express and usually take about 3 to 10 days to arrive.

If your order is very urgent, please contact us directly via sales@rabinowitz-photography.com before placing your order, so we can determine if it will be possible to expedite your order.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive three emails from us updating you on the status of your order: an order confirmation, shipping confirmation and delivery confirmation (see details below).

Once you have placed your order online or in-store, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check that the order details appearing there are correct including the photograph/s you have ordered as well as the shipping information supplied.

Please allow between 3 and 8 business days from the date of your order confirmation before enquiring about shipping status. We assure you, your artwork will ship soon.

You will receive an email from us once we have processed your order for shipping. We only do this once your order is packed and ready to go.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking link to become active (our shipping partners only start tracking the parcel the moment they have picked it up).

You will receive the final email once your order has been delivered. We suggest that you DO NOT open the shipping tube yourself but rather wait for your framer to open it.
